Now, I can't wait any longer. Time to show you my cards using these amazing new stamps.
Card #1 - On this card I used the new Dress Form image 9307-L and for the sentiment, I used the new "Sew Special" 9314-E. I stamped the image on dark blue, then stamped a simple flourish with VersaMark and embossed with clear embossing power across the skirt - I hope you can see it. I cut out the dress portion of the dress form. I then smudged the blue piece with white chalk ink. I popped that blue piece over the full image I had stamped on white paper. After that, I just dec'd out my card with some ribbon and buttons.
Here's a close up -
Card #2 - This gate fold card was soooooo fun to make. For the image, I used the new "Pairings" image called Martini 9304-L and for the sentiment I used Cheers 9316-E also from that new collection. This photo shows the card completely closed.
This next photo shows the card partially open so that you can see the "gate" aspect.
Card #3 - On this card I used the super cute bumble bee image from the 'Pairings' series - Bee 9308-C. I stamped this little bee 3 times, cut it out with my octagon nestabilities and matted them with a layer of yellow and then black. It pretty makes itself after that. The sentiment is called Buzzillion 9317-E
And a close up so you can see how darn cute these little bumble bees are.
Card #4 - My favorite one!!!! As if that wasn't enough super cute bumble bees, here is a whole bumble bee scene. Love it!!! It's called Happy Bees 9301-P. So cute!! The embossing folder is a Sizzix.
Here's a look at the inside of this card. This sentiment is called "bee"cause - 9312-D and the super cute little bumble bee is that some image from card #3.
Don't forget about those prizes. Follow the instructions listed above for your chance to win. Be sure to check out the RI Pinterest board. I can't wait to see how many pins we accumulate.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope your enjoying your tour around our blog hop.

ReplyDeleteFantastic cards, Joyce. Love the embossing on your delightful bee card.
ReplyDeleteJoyce, I love the martini glass and dress cards the most, but will probably make them all! Great job!
ReplyDeleteYour cards definitely rock! I like all your paper choices against the images. Coloring is wonderful. Embossing is great. I can't believe you used 3 folders I don't have. Now I have to go shopping!
ReplyDeleteI can see why the 4th is your favorite, but I'm leaning more toward the first with the stitching.
Really like the "gate card," and with the nickname Bee-Jay, I like all things with bees! The sew cards are clever, too. Thanks
ReplyDeleteWOW! What eye candy for the hop. Excellent job showcasing the stamps. I truly like the inside of the martini card. Perfect showcase of embossing.
